Sticky Stack started with one question: why isn't there a proper mochi pancake spot in Sunnybank? We loved the chewy, pillowy stacks we grew up with — so we started making our own, right here in South Brisbane, for the community that raised us on good food.
Every stack is folded, rested and griddled fresh, no shortcuts. Sweet or savoury, it's all made to be shared — with your family, your friends, or honestly, just yourself on a Tuesday.
